  • Frankie Smith has completed an IPLA-approved pre-licensing training course and passed the course's final exam. He first went to school at A Better School of Building Inspection and later was additionally trained and certified by the Inspection Certification Associates of Chicago, Illinois and has successfully passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). He is licensed in the State of Indiana by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Indiana License # HI01600120529
